Left rail has been cleaned and filed straight. Right rail is directly from the box.

The left rail has been cleaned and filed straight. The right rail is directly from the box. Note how the unfinished rail does not sit level on the blocks, this will certainly affect the overall outcome of the build.

While the glue dries, the frame is placed in my home devised "fixture" to hold it straight and true.
