The Blue reacted, so I placed it in my stripper so that I could start over. Unfortunately, when I pulled it out it had broken in several spots. I was so broken up about it that I could not bear to keep it. Fortunately I know Phalcon and I promised him my spare parts. So I gave him the whole thing.

The paint scheme sound interesting. I like seeing the old Monogram kits get built, they were very good kits for their time. I built almost every 1:48 aircraft kit they offered when I was a kid. Good times...

I hope it turns out half as good on the kit as it looks in my head! I am thinking red and white stripes in a wavy pattern across the top with a blue field with stars on bottom.
