How do I find and purchase a conversion kit located on here?

I would think to start on the model kit 1st , then see the aftermarket stuff lower on that page.

I have the kit, but need the car where the door-stripe goes straight to the front, not up over the fenders like shown in the original model. I am modeling my dad.s first car. He had a Customline Fairlane not a Victoria

I take it painting it is not an option... Without seeing the stripe, weather it's a solid one or not. my next suggestion would be buying a colored sheet of decal and cutting it out, or....automotive pin striping, Hope i'm helping

yes....thought about automotive pinstriping...the problem: the moulding on the present AMT model travels up over the top of the fender to the edge above the headlight. As for the kit I am inquiring about, the moulding continues along the side of the car to the edge of the headlight.
