I started by priming most parts with Vallejo Dunkelgrau surface primer. I love the stuff.

The instructions (small drawings with almost no text) and not so easy to decipher.
Thanks to the Internet I could find some photographs of the original lorry.

It has the steering wheel on the right hand side. The other kit (T 27 civilian version) has the wheel on the left hand side.

Italian lorries although driving the continental way (on the right) have kept steering wheel on the right hand side well into the seventies. Mountain roads could be the reason.

For Wehrmacht vehicles I paint (leather) seats with XF-64 from Tamiya. It might be wrong but it gives a kind of common look.

Styrene: Maybe so, but it corresponds with what they taught us at school (I am from the former Czechoslovakia). Yes, we can argue that not everything they teach us at schools is correct.

However, driving on left or right is not really connected to where the steering wheel was anyway. If the factory was producing vehicles with the steering wheel on the right, it probably took them a while to switch to the left side. Also, if the vehicle was built before 1939, they did not immediately rebuilt it so that the steering wheel would be on left side.

Well, my disagreement with you is on when the traffic law changed, not where the steering column was. As for Slovakia, I assume they just followed through the decision from 1938 and also switched early. But, I do not have any first hand information on that.

I understand why are you skeptical about a radio station being a reliable source of information, but in this case the information checks out.
