Now that's much nicer than the boring grey you usually see them in.👍👍👍

When It came out in the '80s, I thought what a nice a/c for SAR on the B.C coast; twice the speed & 4 times the range. Far too expensie for the Canadian Armed Forces though. I applied a paint scheme similar to what was used at the time on the Labrador SAR choppers.

Dave. I am pleased that your an adventurous type and wont settle for the status quo. 🙂
The V-2 was a fascinating bird when first released, back in 95 or there about's and I remember seeing the prototype configuration of the Bell Boeing bird on evaluation with the US Marines and I just had to see if I could copy it and, as it hapened, it turned out as good as I could have hoped, all aided by a swag of photos from Bell-Boeing after I wrote them a letter asking for some information and telling them of my intentions. If you have a mind to. Please have a little look at my effort here. Cheers. 🙂 Italari's V-22 "Osprey" in prototype colours from 1994. | Album by RedRoo

I did this one when the CAF had started looking into a replacement for the ageing Labradors.
