indeed i would love that, i thought of the merit tiger I but my stash is quite large and not much room for display.
I am figuring out a solution for that though, i have a simple white IKEA table so i removed the legs. As i have one large round support table near the sofa i will place the IKEA table on top and create a kind of a big round display case with 1,2M wide and 25 Cm high. This will of course still allow the use as a support table and simultaneously be able to display at least 20 to 25 1:48 planes or around 6 1:24 planes and a few small 1:48
Hopefully by the beginning / Mid of March i will have it ready and then the next challenge will be the lights, i got hold of a 5m strip of white LED's but am unsure if they will provide enough light
