I had bought the 1/12 scale Model Trailways wood kit from Model Expo recently. I thought it would be a cool looking display. I didn't realize it would be such a big project!
Heck, the instruction sheets are larger than my desk, how am I going to build that thing???
I had looked at this kit before, but I bought the wood kit cheaper than most want for this one. After I realized the scope of the wood kit I started looking for this one again and found one reasonably [well!!] priced, compared to what they are selling for. it's the older version that is molded in colors. 1 white, 1 brown & 2 black horses. The only thing molded white is the figures. The newer kit is all molded in white. I should bet it this week. I'll post some pics when it comes.

I'll have to put this on hold until I come up with the best deals on resin supplies. That's the only way I'm gonna get her done!

So I've bought another kit [actually 2] to get the parts I need. I'll sell one complete kit & hold the other for spare parts

I like the older issues because they were molded in colors. The newest release is all molded in white. That should save me quite a bit of time in painting.
