Thanks!
Well, it is a bit tricky, but more or less classic for Fort/EasternExpress 1990s models.
I've had problems assembling the track wheels (there are 4 small road wheels on two support arms that are connected to one big support arm). The whole system is supposed to rotate but due to bad quality of molds It was near impossible for me to assemble them correctly so the whole system could move.
In the end, I managed to get one track working, while I had to glue them solid on another side.

The rubber tracks were quite bad. Maybe it is because my kit is very old (from early 2000s), maybe it is the original flaw, but the rubber simply tears apart on assembly. So I had to superglue them together + even use putty to fill the biggest tears and gaps between the tracks.

Overall the model is just fine. The cabin, the motor, everything else assembles with ease.
Decided not to make the canvas top, simply didn't like it.
My kit had no transparent details so I had to cut windows from available transparent plastic sheets.
