Hi mate, I have bought the same kit but my project will be the ARA Almirante Domecq Garcia (ex uss braine) The problem is that i need the 1950s armament upgrade. I have all update parts, except the tripod mast, so i think I will scratch building some of them. What config you will use?? Are you going to build 1950s config? with tripod mast ? Sorry for my english not my native language. Greetings from Argentina.

Greetings Juan. This will be my very first ship model. My uncle served on her during 1945 - 1946, so that is the one I will be trying to model. I'm still doing research on the ship to find what I need to make an accurate USS Gatling.
