I chose the Academy Sabre because (a) it is a simple model, (b) a popular aircraft, (c) Academy kits are available at many stores in Indonesia; and above all, it's because I have the kit in my stash! My objective was to build the model OOTB plain and simple.

Summary
The fitting is quite good with little putty. the interior detail is also okay, with a bit of dry brushing you can get the cockpit panel details out. The seat is representative. add a PE seat belt or make your own with Tamiya masking tape.

The decal in this kit is good, but I never trust the fuselage bands and wing bands so I done those by masking.
