this is a modified, what-if version of the Me.262.
in a Luft'46 scenario, the Me.262 was being modified into an improved fighter version, most A-6a versions were rebuilt from earlier A-1a versions.

modifications made include:

-removal of 2 30mm cannons, to make room for extra ammunition.
-removal of cockpit armour to make the aircraft lighter.
-instalation of an airbrake under the aft-fuselage.
-additional wgr21 launchers under the wings (later versions to be equiped with 2 ruhrstahl X-4 missiles).

Nice idea. But the rockets you call R4M are WGr.21: google.de/search?q=w..imgrc=-fUyXpZUTqoSVM: And the camo seems a bit too glossy.
