ive started this side project, as part of a series of 1/144 scale warbirds im working on.
the kit is a Mini Hobby models 1/144 P-38J lighting, but the decals in the box are of terrible quality.
to replace these, i found a set of Blue Rider decals with Yugoslav and Chinese markings for the P-38.
since ive already started painting the canopy frame in metallic silver, im going with the YAF version, the ROCAF version might follow on another date.

the project didnt end up the way i wanted, i was struggling in the end with the tail decals.
no matter waht i tried, i just couldnt get them on properly, so ended up leaving them off.
hopefully the Chinese version im planning in the future will go better.
