For a ferrari an unusual color, but that makes it interesting. Nice work! 👍

Thank you very much! I bought it on a flea market for a couple of Euros. It was already started. The engine and transmission was built and the axles too. But not that good. Looked like a beginner. The rear bolts for the rims were broken and missing. I built new ones. I planned a classic red Ferrari. But on a video on YouTube I saw a blue one near an F50 so I googled it. I found one in GB which I interpreted. The real one is a little brighter and the stripes are nearly identical. I liked the idea and worked mine out as you can see it. Another not-red-Ferrari in the shelf.

Thank you very much for your Kind words!
Yes, it's nearly unbelievable that this is only painted by spray cans. But I it is. You can trust me. So far I didn't use 2 component paint on any model kit. But it's the plan for the future. I think you'll get a good quality only with one layer of clear coat. With my experience I always need two layers clear coat with Auto-K (1st choice) or 3-4 layers with Prisma Color (2nd choice).

I got one layer of base coat (Prisma Color filler beige) and sanded it wet.
Than one layer of the blue color (also Prisma Color) followed by one layer of clear coat (Auto-K).
I sanded it wet again and finished it with the final layer of clear coat (Auto-K).

Maybe it is the little secret of my paintings: I always warm the rattle cans up in a little pizza ofen. 5-7 Minutes at approx. 70°C. Just so hot that I can handle it.

This week I show another model kit with the same good finish - also painted with spray cans.
