Hi Barry, very nice photo of HMS Belfast. Unfortunately there are only a few wartime photos of her. Quite astonishing because she was and is a famous ship! Thanx for sharing, Cheers Christian

By the way, this one is interesting because of all the discussions about the plated second stb. anchor in the Trumpeter kit. Seems to be the hawse was plated over during wartime service. I guess the photo was taken in late 1943:

Thanks for the information Christian, I wasn't totally sure of the date as this was a photograph my father had from when he was serving on board during WW2. I've put another image on, there's no date on that one either but no doubt it's from her early days.
