Started this one as a "quick build", the amount of filling and sanding will make the "quick" relative though.. 😄

I know what you mean. The "quick builds" sometimes take the longest...
Looking forward to see the result.

A Dutch stösser, and a quick one as well, pulling up a chair, following of course.

Welcome Alec! Nice to have a Master modeller as follower! The fuselage and wing need quite a bit of filler! Thankfully is a little model, even in 1/48.

Added a picture of my subject, I believe there are only 2 know photo's of this aircraft. First thing I wonder about is the colour; the Dutch IPMS and also Dutch Decal both say the Stösser was RLM63 or RAF medium sea grey. RLM63 looks way to green to me from the brands I have, this Stösser certainly looks grey but it could also be painted silver as lot Stössers were. Also the spinner/propeller doesn't look like a standard Stösser propeller too, looks more like a British one..?

Erik, I would say that if it was captured after the war, it was likely painted RLM02. The photo suggests a paint, not a silver dope, but I am no expert. Either way you are good with whatever, since no one knows…;) 🙂
