I have received the missing parts from the kits you sold me but although the props from the Wellington were ok the F-4 Phantom cockpit parts were very dissapointing.
You sold me a defective Revell F-4J Phantom as "new" and you replaced the missing cockpit parts ONE WHOLE YEAR after the sale with very low quality ESCI/Italeri ones!! Nowhere near the detail and quality of the original Revell parts....
And again from the parts that you sent me the front intrument panel was missing again.
By far this the most terrible and disgusting deal I ever had from withins the Scalemates communtiy!!!!!!
I will encourage everyone here to STAY AWAY from you unreliable business!!!!!!!

Viking93Even it will not correct your bad experience, you can try to get the missing parts from Revell directly, they have a really good customer service.

I have totally lost my patience with this seller but I dont want to degrade this wonderful kit with low quality cockpit parts that actually dont fit...
And I supposedly paid for a "brand new" kit.
