Thanks mates! Most of the modulation is made with preshading. Akan's Russian tones are great but I dont have anything to make them lighter or darker.

When thinned with Tamiyas yellow cap Akan's paints are very thin. Several layers airbrushed and preshades can still be seen. The less layers the lighter finnish and the more layers the darker finnish.

Wilder has grass green pigments and i find those very usefull with Russian tankmodels.

Album info

Tamiya's T-55A down-/upgraded to T-54A using DEF Model's conversion kit, which I bought because of those cool spiderwebwheels. Actually there is no proof of mixed wheeling, but I kept on that idea.

Decals came with the conversion kit. Tank 212 operated in Prague 1968. Main color is from Akan. Also Tamiya's and Vallejo's paints used and AK*s true metal tested. Wheathering made mostly with Wilder's products.
