Italeri made a great job on this F 35B , in my opinion the kit is very good,the quality of plastic is great, good details and it's not difficult to assemble, all the parts fit very well and the canopy is gold colour.
The main difficulty is the painting , but I think this to all F-35 no matter the brand.
Like I wrote before, on this kit I use gunze H 306 and for the main colour I mixed gunze H 22 ( 90% ) + tamya black XF1 ( 10% ) , for the top panel's I bought the Eduard masking tape, all the rest was made with tamya tape.
One of the things that sometimes happens is the tape residue, I removed that with olive oil, it's perfect, thanks to JGT modelismo in Lisboa for the tips .

For the top and side I did buy the Eduard masking tape , for all the rest was made by me, I took about 3 afternoon's to made it.
By the way to remove the masking tape residue that sometimes sticks on the model I was use olive oil, it works perfectly and it doesn't damage the model.
