These are the Airfix Old Tool Harrier II kits I found whilst searching through the stash.

There was one more T.10 in the stash at the time but I chose to not dig it into as I planned to buy an open Pegasus Engine set for it but since then I've decided to buy 1 more T.10 and a ton more GR.7's to replace the ton of Italeri AV-8B's in my stash.

Now this is were I started to really love it!
I added the tissue to make it look like how our girls were at the time in AMARG Davis Montham Air Force Base Arrizona USA.

I started with the Tail as I was most apprehensive about getting the Lightning bolt correct on it.

My technique?
Simple..

Paint the tail red first..
Clear..
Put the Lightning bolt decal on..
Clear..
Now very carefully brush paint the black with a very fine brush along the black boarder on the decal being careful not to get it onto the yellow.
Once that's done paint the remaining black.
Now a final layer of Clear and she's doe!
