This shows that the searchlights are moveable / positionable

Next 3 images show the finished searchlight compared to the Trumpeter kits pieces. No comparison In My Humble Opinion

The next 9 pictures show test fit on the searchlight deck level. The deck pieces have not been finished or primed and there is a lot of cleanup work to do before it is ready.

These are hard to see, but they are the rods that go on the bottom right side of the searchlight and the control handles that fit on each side of the searchlight base.
