Some much detail and to think you can barely see it on the completed kit, breaks my heart

So far so good. Fits better than expected

Album image #8
Halves joints sanded and panel lines rescribed

Album image #9
Wings and engine booms glued together. Next up attaching the wings and horizontal stabilisers

Album image #10
Small gaps to fill here. I like using the Vallejo putty for these.

Album image #11
Wings and stabilisers on with no drama

Album image #12
Another small gap that vallejo putty will make quick work of

Album image #13
Engines and nacelles attached. Masked up and ready for primer. The engines nacelles and the engines are not a great fit, as the engine seems to have a smaller radius than the nacelles halves, but hopefully it will stay in position. Decided not to attach the propellers now. I will try to attach the propeller ring through the wheel bays, if possible, if not, I can live with them not spinning

Managed to paint the underside today. Now laying some masking and the upper surfaces are next. Can’t wait to crack on with the intricate snow camo

Album image #15
Love this part. The standard camo that’s gonna be underneath the winter one is almost done

Album image #16
Base camo looking good. Of course the Tamiya tape ripped some of the paint off, despite the primer, but that bit will be covered in the white snow camouflage anyway, so no biggie

Album image #17
Base layer finished and yellow bits painted. Some of the decals that need close masking applied. Now it’s time to use copydex to mask the areas that won’t be covered by the winter camouflage

Album image #18
Copydex is on.

Album image #19
The winter camouflage turned out good. Next up the cannon and a gloss coat in prep for the panel line detailing.

Album image #20
Managed to mess up the side decal with masking tape while trying to pick up some of the paint flakes. I had a gut feeling was gonna be a mistake not sealing the decals in with varnish before the white paint. Will dig into the stash to look for a replacement.

Album image #21
All decals and stencils are on. Panel lines done, home stretch now.

Album image #22
Finally managed to make some headway with the project. It’s now sitting on it’s own wheels. Not too long now before it’s done

Album image #23
Pretty detailed underside. Managed to snap off the cannon. Will re-attach it at the end

Calling this one done. Not a bad kit with some great detail. Overall happy with how it turned out. Thanks all for following and hope you like it!

Looks fantastic! I have the same model on the shelf of doom and seeing how cool yours looks, it's going to get dusted of and back on the bench.
