Curious, what is the name of the destroyer with its missing bow and when/where was it?

I used Hastushimo (Hatsuharu class) which probably didn't have such incidents. As for missing bow from damage, there's a Fubuki class from 4th fleet incident, Harusame (Shiratsuyu class) and also a Kagero class ship late war.
