During the Irish War of Independance numerous examples were brought from British stocks in Italy and France and when fitted with armoured bodies,were issued to the RIC in the early 1920’s. At the start of the Irish Civil War in 1921 over 100 were passed to the newly formed Free State Army.
Scratch built using Evergreen, plastic sheet and wheels from the Roden RR armoured car
