I have sprayed flat clear,and it looks shiny on pictures because of desk lamp. And that huge cannon according to wikipedia is 20 mm Hispano-Suiza HS.404

Very nice work on two seriously old kits, although the gun on the LeO does look like it's the wrong scale.
