1992 Honda CRX Del Sol - wip
This is what I started with
Took it apart and grinded out the windows. Further on seperated the windows for opened side windows
Removing the roof, building the fittings
The interior is done so far.
Took the rims of the Ferio Civic by Hasegawa.
The original rims - which are in fact hub caps 😄

For us Germans I had to add the stupid rear fog light
It can be opened too!
A peek onto the left hand drive dashboard. The interior was changed from RHD to LHD
7 months later (!) I managed to put the decals on it. I drawed them end of last year easily. Love it 🙂

Anthony D'AgostinoOh, and I am not sure about the Del Sol, but my new car has a rear fog light as well. It is placed at the lowest part of the rear of my car, the hope is that anyone behind me, will see me before they plow into me at twice my speed while in the fog. It's logical, but not sure how well it works, since I am the one driving and we don't have much fog here in the Philippines.

Christian WThat's funny about the fog light and quite interessting, that you have it too!
I can tell you: my Del Sol isn't leaking. Not when it rains or in the car wash. I read about it but I think mine is a good one. It's original all over - except the Radio.

I took an old kit out of the shelf after I bought the original one in 2016 🙂 The goal is clear: building the little one correctly.
I took this model kit:
Honda CRX del sol SiR 1/24 Fujimi #1200:03355
On the to do list:
= open the roof,
= remove the fog lights in the front,
= add the stupid fog light on the rear end,
= changing the rims to original ones,
= change the dashboard from RHD to LHD
= add handles, knobs and stuff on the interior
= paint it
= put correct decals on it
= and the license plate of mine
