Mated the hull sides, the wings and the tail. When mating the hull to the main wings, there was a little difference in width. So i glued the front and back first, added a spacer in the middle before gluing those

Engraved some detail in the sides. Mated the hull sides, the wings and the tail. When mating the hull to the main wings, there was a little difference in width. So i glued the front and back first, added a spacer in the middle before gluing those, to minimise the gaps... seem to have worked rather fine.

added some pictures about how I reinforce some parts in a resin (or other) kit that don't have a lot of body to glue.

Nosepiece fitted and sanded... front gear door is missing from the kit, wrote several mails to the company, but no answer up to now, so more scratchbuild ahead.

Interesting subject Bart. I know this one will be a challenge. All the Planet kits are, but they do have unique kits...

Little by little... hardest thing is arriving, preparing the vac-formed cockpit. For such a popular aircraft, there are very few descent walkarounds of this one... all the links from here are dead, and most pictures are from outside...

That's what I tried, but only instrument panel foto's. Was looking for canopy rails and other details. Found them...[img1].html

Some progress at the bathtub section... Small scratches in a vacform canopy, can these be polished out?

I hope it works, will try to obtain this product, anybody has a clue as where to buy it in Belgium? Did some polishing yesterday had to remove some CA-marks unfortunately, and when made wet it looks good, also added some details...
