Thats an interesting collection of 3D printed kits. I thought it might be some sort of Vostok spacecraft. Which kit is that ? Very nice.
Just found it; printedplanes.com/sh..tegory=The%20Expanse.
'The Exspanse' - a TV series ? Does resemble a vostok a bit ?; [img1]

@Mike Daniels This round "Ship" is an Long Distance Space Ship with a rotating drum to create artificial gravity on the inside of the drum. The Ship is from the TV Show The Expanse and represent a 2070 meters long monster.
The small one on the Left is the construction platform to create the other one. It has a huge camber to create or repare spaceships. on the ring they create artificial gravity, too.

i like the show very much so this are print number 3 and 4 of 8, i ordered already.

Thats a very big spaceship! Be interested to see how it works out. 3D printing seems to be opening up a whole new world of modeling and modellers. Great for those interested in engineering. Look forward to seeing how it goes along. You should definitely watch '2001 - a space odyssey' sometime. It set the benchmark for futuristic modelling at the time.

@Mike Daniels i have seen it several times. But the used a scale that is not possible for me. My printed objects can be 15x10x15cm. And i dont want such huge studio scale models in my livingroom 🙂
