I know you wrote that the rigging wasn't planned. But Fokker's designs were characterized by very simple rigging. The Fokker Dr.I was no exception. It might be worth considering adding rigging. It's something that would improve the appearance of the model a lot.

Michael SouthYeah I know it would but at this point with the painting completed I concerned that I would damage the model. The next version with proper planning I'll add the rigging.

Michael SouthMistakes where made no one got hurt though. The kit went together quite well. I was never interested in ww1 subject matter. This may have changed my mind. The rigging was planned but it went beyond my skill level for this project. Maybe a larger scale might work for my first try.
