Interesting, so IBG and Thunder Models are the same kits? Do you know the difference between the two Thunder Model kits (35200 & 35031)?

I think that these will be completely different models. But "Thunder" - more detailed and openwork.

Today I received my Thunder Model Scammel Tank Transporter from LZ models. I also have the IBG already a few months in my possession. So, time to compare the two tractors. My first impression is that the overall quality of the molding is comparible. Crisp, no flash and good details.
The most obvious differences is that the Thunder model has the possibility to pose the doors and the frontwheels.
Than there are a few dimension issues. On all the pictures that I saw, the windscreen is rectangular.
The windscreen of the IBG model runs out wider at the top.
The device on top of the radiator (expansion?), and very eye catching, is clearly to small rendered on the IBG kit.
On the real Scammel the top of the sides of the hood make a clear angle towards the inside. Again this is missing largely on the IBG model.
My conclusion is that both models will build in a very nice Scammel, but for me the Thunder model is the better one.
