Sorry, but in context that makes no sense whatsoever. If it's a new tool, it would be identified as a new tool. If it's a previous tooling in a new box it's a new box.

I am not perfectly versed in their love affair dynamic, but from what I gather Takom actually supplies sprew molds, not kit contents to Das Werk. Seems like a weird practice on the surface, but I'm guessing there is more to the story (i.e the contract) than we can possibly know. If that remains true, Takom must have delivered both Panther and Jagdpanther molds to Teutonic buddies recently. The timing checks out
