Does this kit (or any other 1:48 NH90 kit) actually exist? I can't find anything about it online aside from this Scalemates entry. The number corresponds to Revell's 1/25 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 according to numerous hobby shop sales and is listed on Scalemates under 85-4492:

Never seen it, neither! And I think we will have to wait several more years. No H145, Ec135 and so on in 1/48 scale.. What a disappointment! I

I read the first NH90 prototype only first flew in 1995, so that can't be right.

How do you mean that? I spoke of the NH90 1/48 model kit.

Drawings and pictures of the prototypes are often published earlier, so that a model often already exists before the original aircraft flies. Is it already correct? That's another story.

I have a 1992 book with a demonstration picture of the prototype in it, but with very short clipped rotor blades.
I noticed that adding a zero to the number returns a Eurocopter kit.
