The NbW 42 was tmho a 21cm weapon, as the NbW 41 was a 15cm. Is 30cm indeed correct?

For this particular launcher yes the 30cm is correct. It was firing the same rockets as the Wurfrahmen 40, that was often mounted on the sides of the Sd.Kfz. 251.
