Amazon points! I doubt if I do the T-birds. Those big-ass decals are dangerous and frustrating. A tear here, a rip there . . .

You'll never guess what I'm selling. The Sea Dragon! I've been mulling it over and I don't think I'm up to building the same bird twice (Stallion & Dragon). Besides, my PP account is empty and when it's empty, I can't buy anything. Besides, I'm still trying to finish that little USCG Dolphin and it's taking forever. Those big -53's would take me a year! K

That figures, I can't afford it now. Some drunk plowed into the rear end of my parked Mazda 3, and did not have any insurance. So that is a big mess.

Man, that sucks! At least it wasn't your new car. Do you want the Dragon back? Let me see if it sells within the next 30 days and we can talk then. I'll go easy on the price and you can pay me over time. How does that sound?

Sounds great to me! You know I want it back. I've been kicking myself ever since I got rid of it. LOL. I watched a video build of it the other day and that just made it worse, then you tell me you are selling it. That made it even worse.LOL.

Every time that bird passes through my hands, I get seller's remorse BAD and start kicking myself sideways! But here's the facts I have to deal with:1) I need the $$ for my PP account so that I can buy resin, PE, paint, etc. 2) With my neck being jacked-up as it is (permanently), I have a hell of a time with small detail work. These big Sikorskis have a ton of detail. So if I managed to finish one - there's no way that I could get motivated to do it AGAIN! This little Dolphin is wearing me out with small pieces. It's taking a lot of effort to see it through to the end. Then I look again at the -53's and tell myself I'm crazy to think that I can build either one of them. But the Stallion was one of my first big purchases and really WANT to build it - but if I can remains to be seen.

So, here's the deal:

Give me until the end of the month to see if the Dragon sells on the open market. I have it priced pretty high but not much US competition. If it doesn't sell, you tell me how long it would take you to get to $75 @ $15/mo? $20/mo? (be real here - I have to count on you). Once you get past the 75% mark, I will ship it to you. (we'll address that amount when the time comes). If it tums out that you just can't do it, I'll refund your payments.

That's Plan A - I don't have a Plan B yet! (HAR)

Let me know what you think about it.

The King of MH-53E shippers. I don't build them, I just mail them around the country!

I should be able to come up with $75 in 2 payments, no problem. I'll let ye know for sure the first of next month. How does that sound. You should know you can count on me, have I ever let you down before? LOL. HAR.

Clip, it's not a matter of letting me down (you won't) it's just a matter of managing my expectations. I just now had a guy wanting to trade, but I don't need more plastic ! Then I told him about you having dibs.

I didn't mean it in a bad way. I will try and send something next week, if not defenitley pay day. Will send 1/2 of it. Sound good?
11. October 2015, 18:53
Kevin Farrell
Skipper, give it two weeks. If it doesn't sell THEN we can come up with a lay-a-way plan. Also, I may have to sacrifice the Stallion some day which will break my heart. So I have two in the hangar, selling one for now. Put your $$ in a sock. I'm hoping to get paid all at once, that's why I'm pushing back. I think you'll probably end up with the Dragon, so relax! K
