Third try getting the decals on...

Your third attempt? Are the decals so brittle? Or do your hands shaking too much? ;)

Decals were brittle after 30 years.
They are hard to handle (long, thin strips)
They are hard to place so that all ends match up.
Complex contours to follow (double curvature, steps, edges)
My first attempt was on flat white, that didn't help at all.
Plus maybe clumsy fingers on my part ;)
