JohnHello All - Just received my Royal Class kit today and was very disappointed to see that Eduard provided zero protection for the 3D printed parts, only a plastic baggie. All of the pieces were smashed together, all off their runners and some broke. Additionally, the print on the magnet was also peeling on the edges.
Anyone else experienced this?

KyMustangMine came in that same baggie, but there's so much stuff in the box they didn't have much room to move around. Sorry about your luck. Perhaps Eduard will help you out?

John AuthorI did and they are sending replacement 3D parts. I own many Eduard kits and on the few occasions that there was a problem, they always went out of their way to make things right. I was just surprised that they did not place those delicate parts in a small box of some kind.
