AkureyriThis model kit was released as a tie-in with the 1978 Japanese science fiction movie Uchu kara no Messeji (Japanese: 宇宙からのメッセージ; English: Message from Space). The movie is 105 minutes long and includes several non-Japanese cast members including Vic Morrow and Philip Casnoff. The three kits in the series were made and sold in Japan by Bandai, and marketed in North America by Entex.
