Hello, I'm new here and I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this information.
If you want to update the timelines, the Italeri 4633 "Vespa 125 Primavera" (Vespa 125 "Primavera" (Italeri 4633, 1:9)) is based on the Protar 113 kit (VESPA 125 cc (Protar 113, 1:9)) with some improvements.
I've got the confirmation by a friend who currently works at Italeri

Is there a reason why "Bandai" products are under "Bandai Spirits" which is actually the parent company? There are very few, if any products which have "Bandai Spirits" on the packaging, certainly not approx. 3500.

When searching products for "Boeing 717", there appear a lot of KC-135 kits. KC-135 is related to Boeing 707, Boeing 717 is a small passenger plane. Can someone sort the products and link the KC-135 correctly?

Just to complicate things: I saw that the topic "McDonnell Douglas MD-95" also covers the Boeing 717 (according to Wiki correct). So could the separate topic "Boeing 717" be merged with the topic "McDonnell Douglas MD-95"? Or is that too much?

When you edit or create an airplane kit, many kits added by others confuse code number and registration number, most of the time being the other way around in the kit data. Would it be possible to add a small explanation where the instructions are on how to fill out each box? code number is letters or numbers that normally go on the fuselage, for example WW2 RAF G-TY, or Spanish Air force 15-24, these characters almost always go on both sides of the national cockade of the fuselage and are normally associated with a unit . registration number is the number given to that specific aircraft, its registration, normally it is a smaller number placed or on the tail, rear fuselage...

Or separate both numbers in a different boxes, one for code number and another for registration number.

It's labeled "2020 future" in the record, but the manufacturer website has nothing about this conversion kit at all. The product number in the record shows cv-xx and the engine shows as TBD, so I have to wonder if this record is a place holder.

Oh, there seems to be a bug in the Edit page!
Normally you should begin to type the company name in the "Brands" field, in your case 'Gree'. After the company appears in the list, you _need_ to click on it.
At the moment this list is not loaded for whatever reason.
You can report this issue on "Feature requests".

The correct topic for any Boeing -135 series aircraft (KC, EC, RC, etc.) should be "Boeing 717." The KC-135 family was a separate build from the Boeing 707, Note that Boeing re-used the 717 model number when they obtained McDonnell Douglas, and upgraded the MD-80 series aircraft. That may cause a bit of confusion.

Not sure what to do about this...
The current scalemates listing for Vallejo Model Air 71.074 Radome Tan FS33798 is the following:
71.074 Radome Tan - FS23594, Vallejo Model Air Matt, Acrylic, 17ml
The above is supported by this Vallejo Model Air Color Range chart, which I assume is an older publication:
However, the current chart on Vallejo's site indicates the product to be Vallejo Model Air 71.074 Beige FS33695
acrylicosvallejo.com..l_Air-Rev20-baja.pdf
The later aligns with the bottle of Vallejo Model Air 71.074 Beige FS33695 which I bought today.
Should I go ahead and change the original entry? It may become an issue for people whole may have product with the earlier name. However, adding a new entry into the database would create two products with the same product number but different names.
Not sure what to do.

I have a question regarding boxarts. There is following warning for boxart picture upload:
----
IMPORTANT: DO NOT UPLOAD boxart pictures which (partially) contain a real photo of the original!!!
Even when they come from the brand website
----
I was wondering why is it that way. I can understand copyright issues with some newer photos. So do the manufacturers apparently, because they do not use unlicensed photos. Now what if the "boxart" with real photo comes directly from manufacturers' catalogue, with some corporate graphic and subject description added? The real photo is of some WWII subject or older and is in public domain. Such uploaded boxarts are still being removed.
Why is it that way?

This evening I will post pictures of Flanders Modelling Festival, but a new event page for the 2024 edition is not created. It's just the same page with another date added. Therefore I won't be able to separate the pictures I will make from the ones I made in 2023, because the album needs to have the exact name of the event page, and that wasn't copied to a new edition. I might be able to make another album with the same name (didn't try that before), but you won't be able to tell which album is for which edition.

Because there was no alternative, I changed the name of the earlier album to "Flanders' Modelling Festival 2023" and made a new album "Flanders' Modelling Festival". I still hope some arrangement can be made that the first album remains on the page with the correct edition year shown near the new album.

This is a though one.....
All 3 examples of ships = 100% RC, not scalemates (primary goal is RC, details are rudimentary, no aftermarket sets exist, brands mostly not known by plastic modellers.)
The 1:16 RC Tigers = of course RC, but also scalemates as many pure scale modeling aftermarket sets exists
Panzerkampfwagen VI "Tiger I..) AusfB (Tamiya 56004, 1:16)
If in doubt mark them for both and post them on in Data Suggestions so we can discuss....
