This is NOT a reissue of the old KP Kit I can tell you for sure! I own(ed) both these Kits and while the old KP Kit has these typical raised rivets and panel-lines you know them for, the Kit MisterCraft came up with here is a very simple Version, more of a Toy than a real scale Model, where you can look through the intake out the exhaust-hole. The "cockpit" features a crude "Pilot Figure" and an "L"-shaped something, ment to be a "seat". - The old KP Kit may still not be what detail-fanatics would call "perfect" but it is a lovely scale-Kit where this MisterCraft Model is just a Toy!

I compared the MisterCraft Kit [img1] to photographs of this old ( 1958 ) Airfix MiG-15 Kit [img2] and found only the order of the parts on the spures rearranged, otherwise same basic grade of layout... On a sidenote: MasterCraft B-49 is just the same Kit and also NOT a reissue of the KP Kit obviously.
