Acki Like the Malta scheme. Interesting kit, nice cammo. I´ll stay for tea time.

Fabian D. Thanks to you two. I bought this kit just because of this marking option, but now it's driving me mad. I've spent so far about 3 hours on masking alone, but only got the turret and one side ready. I think is so complicated as the kit so so small and there are lots of other parts in the way. The Panzer Putty isn't ideal either as it tends to flatten out over time. This means small gaps can close up again, resulting in even more work.
But I don't think there is an other way for me to achieve this look. That's why this is a side project, but I hope to finish it this year
Matthias Weiss Uuuuhhh haha!! This little bugger is on my wishlist as well.
How´s the kit?

Mary Lawton Great paint modulation one the main coat, very nice and flat, once that crazy camo scheme is finished and you weather her don't worry all that suffering will be worth it, amazing job so far Fabian D.

Fabian D. Thanks Guys and Mary... modulation is just a bit white in the XF-60... nothing special to be honest. I´ve done that without too much plaing or thinking. Kind of a reflex

@Matthias, take a look in description of the project, I´ve written down some construction notes there. Be prepared to do some silly PE glueing like this [img1]
Alan Rush Shaping up nicely Fabian. I have the same kit in progress but it has sat idle for a while. I intended to try that scheme, but think I will try two-tone green for northern France. I have decided to leave the bolt heads off my worklist. I tried a few and found it took away any enjoyment I was having from the build. Good luck with the Malta scheme!
Wayne Hale Choppa go to Scalemates home page. Scroll down the right side until you reach the events. Click on Light Tank Group Build. There is an attending this events button after the picture and the details and before visitors pictures

Choppa Nutta Yeah sorry everyone for my confusion, hopefully I can work this out soon

Choppa Nutta In the visitors section is a button labeled "attending this event" which I clicked on to see who was attending this event and then it seems I was part of the list, this is confusing !
"Join Event" would be a much easier label to work out what to do...
Anyhow, appreciate the help
after all the suspension parts you'll need a "spring break"...
20. June 2014, 18:03
Choppa Nutta lol and then after your holiday you should have a bit of a spring in your step...

Choppa Nutta Sorry Alan for the diversion in your thread, I appear to be part of the Light Tanks Groupbuild now after much confusion on my part, sorry for being slow on the uptake here and thanks for everyones patience and help
Anyhow Alan, I can see you making a nice job of this one, especially with the sprung wheels and PE parts, one to watch
