Michal Mietelski Actually 1/720 as stated on the box and instruction sheet is not true. On decals set there's "1/700 USS Nassau" inscription and THIS IS THE TRUE. Whole (sealed) bag of plastic sprues is labelled "Made in China by DRAGON" and alll the sprues are identical to DRAGON 1/700 Tarawa-class ships. Just compare the instruction sheet available above to any DRAGON (or Revell LHA-2 SAIPAN) instruction or in-box review. The difference is that DRAGON/Revell "Tarawas" are soaring >60$ while this Nassau can be found under 30 $.
Derek Huggett For bath-time Marines or those who like to try and make a silk purse out of a sows ear...it is MOTORIZED (motor/battery box/wiring all included)!!! One-piece full hull, zero internal detail in the rear docking bay, zero detail on the stern, Some sprues carry a copyright date of 1997, and look very similar to Dragon kit sprues (I don't own a Dragon/Italeri/Revell to make a proper comparison, but from other photographs....?). Mini Hobby Model have also released USS Saipan (no. 80802) which I would guess is the same model in a different box with different decals.
No greater love has a modeller for his/her fellow modeller than he lay down his bank-balance for them!!!
