Mainly interested in UK based jets 1970-2000(ish), and mainly in 1/72nd scale.
It's no coincidence that most of my favourite aircraft are "swing-wing" fighters. As a child I lived under the main outbound flight path for the F-111Es at Upper Heyford, and during this time the F-14 Tomcat and Panavia Tornado came into service. I find it more than a little depressing that these fabulous aircraft no longer grace our skies.
