Fictional, as far as I know.
Last Tank Destroyer used by the Bundeswehr was the Kanonenjagdpanzer.
To my knowledge there were no plans for a Tank Destroyer variant of the Leopard.
But I stumbled upon these 3D renders and thought: why not build one? 😄
It looks a bit like a more modern Jagdpanther.

I like what-ifs and and so on but building stuff like that always means additional work, though.
