This built from a 1967 boxing of an Airfix kit originally tooled in 1958. Definitely not my best effort but I really wanted to have this modeled on the aircraft on display at the AWM. Kits are much more advanced and have more detail these days! And I discovered decals don't hold up well after 53 years! One day I might find some aftermarket decals for 'G for George' and do a rebuild with a more modern kit. Completed September 2020.
