Funny subject! First, from a modellers view it looks very well made. Second, it has the same trashy ( from a cinematic point of view) look as the picture in the background shows. "Nailed it" I want to say. 👍

Strange but cool project 😄
It's matching the original quite well.

Thanks, WhiteGlint. I have been balancing between the resemblance and the idea of the character. It has a mic but it doesn't have other actor inside the wall nor there are sleeves.

Liking the way you have painted the figure - the transition from masonry into flesh and blood is very well done.

Thanks, Bruce! I used chipping for the transition.

Missed out on the final reveal of Vladimuur.
This looks really nice, mate. 👍
The backdrop, too which reminds me of a stage prop. This was a stage play, right?

Thanks, WhiteGlint! 🙂 Yes, this was a stage play by university students. With musical numbers and the audience could shout "omstart" so the actors should repeat what they just did.

Album info

Vladimuur is the most epic character from the student spex play "Hänen toverinsa salaisessa palveluksessa" ("Her comrades in secret service") by Nääspeksi from 2011.
Commander Vladimir is the leader of the KGB and he is revealed to be the main villain from a secret organization that wants to nuke the hole world. The protagonists Jelena and James managed to kill him by tipping the Berlin Wall over him. However, the countdown to the nuclear annihilation had already begun. Jelena and James got access to the Organization's base and were about to take over the nuclear arsenal with 2 minutes left in the countdown. Then Vladimir, thought to be dead, appeared in their way more stronger than ever, because he was fused to the Berlin Wall. The combination of Vladimir and the Berlin Wall (Wall=Muuri in Finnish) is Vladimuur. Bullets had no effect on the wall, but Jelena used a grenade to blow him up and so the world was saved from a nuclear war.
