Flakpanther Flakvierling

The resin turret had a set of 2cm flak barrels in metal added.  

Flakpanther D using the very old Italeri Panther D hull and tracks and a Flakvierling 2cm turret in resin 

I added an MG ball mount over the mailbox slit MG, then I plugged it to show a field modification to eliminate the need for it.  

To convey the ad hoc urgency of late war attempts to field much needed equipment, a much used panther d sans turret is fitted with an unpainted flakvierling turret.  

The weathering was a combination of hairspray and some brush mottling and a little Uschi dark iron powder rubbed on to highlighted areas.  

No need for the hull machine gun with 4 quad 2cm flak guns.
