Frank PriceI have repainted the Jagdtiger to depict it in winter camouflage. This is the Porsche suspension. I have not done any weathering effects on it yet - still too come!

HSC1932I love the terrain. The camo for the Jagdtiger works ot a lot better than I would have thought

Frank PriceThanks for the comments. I consider myself a beginner - my figure painting is testament to that!! One day I'll learn how to do the figures properly. I really liked the paint scheme - I had seen it in a couple of reference books including "Jagdtiger", by Janus Ledwoch, a polish/English reference book with beautiful colour plates.

HSC1932Have you seen Night Shift's tutorial on figure painting on YouTube? Even as a beginner you can have very good looking figures if you follow his tutorial. It would greatly enhance your diorama.

Jagdtiger with troops riding on back slowly moves through the Ardennes Forest December 1944. This scene depicts the Jagdtiger of Schwere Abteilung 653 moving from Blankenhein to Chaumont to stage a famous ambush on Pattons 3rd Army. Riding on top of the tank are elements of the 5th Panzer jaeger troops.
