Iron Maiden 747 "Ed Force One"

Scale:
1:144
Status:
In progress
Started:
September 1, 2023

Revell kit, needs a lot of work - aftermarket for engines, flaps, wheels at the least -
Need stiffeners though wiggly fuselage
Wings fit is terrible and right wing sits lower than left ?!?!?!?!?!
Bottom of fuselage very weak, beef up a lot
Nose profile near cockpit doesn't look quite right
no windows, just holes in fuselage.
Awful old mold, better off buying a Zvezda 747 and set of V1 decals.

Much improved fit and strength in belly - still some sanding - then try to fix those awful wing root junctions.
