Good luck. Not a bad kit this one. I lost my decals in a house move and lost the urge to finish it.

they're not ... in the kit you only get Omega Sqn, Sea Witch, Presidential Fighter and Ivanova's fighter ...

FYI. Looks like you're well along on your build. But for those of you contemplating this kit. The (My) solution to fixing the gaps where the wings halves come together, just inside the leading edges, and not destroying the raised detail is Liquitex Modeling Paste. It's acrylic, so you can wipe the excess off with a wet cotton swab. Alas, a lot of cotton swabs. The Modeling paste dries hard, and grips the plastic firmly, but you must wipe it away soon after application, it's not like green stuff, don't let it dry and sand it smooth.

I should add, multiple applications of the modeling paste may be needed. Again, not like green stuff, so if bubbles or gaps in the fill appear after drying, just re-apply, re-clean.

How does is compare to the Vallejo stuff?

Sorry, never used the Vallejo fillers. I only use the Modeling Paste for difficult builds, like the Starfury, and the AMT Enterprise-E primary hull. When I first tried the Modeling Paste, I was dubious, it was like thick (acrylic) paint, but it wiped off nicely, and smoothed out like a modeler would want. I fully expected it to fall off the model the next day, but it stuck hard.

(Sorry to hijack a thread a little) I tried the Vallejo on a step on an SA-2. It didn't sand well so I vowed to only use it for cracks e.g. wing roots in future and not sand it. So I suppose my question is, can you can you sand it?
