Ah ha... I have to try one more time the 'official' tracks first. But thanks for the tip.

This helped me, its a kind of slow working glue (dilluted?). Maybe by dilluting your own glue?

Hi Olivier
An interesting vehicle, looks really good.

About the tracks:
I usually glue the tracks with Tamiya Extra Thin Cement, I like that it dries quickly, I don't have to wait long. I glue it a little different way than in video: I glue the Tamiya scotch to the table with the sticky side up and collect the entire caterpillar on it without glue, then quickly apply glue for all track, waiting a few minutes, peel it from the scotch (for this purpose I using a knife) and put the track on wheels. I usually do the start and end on a sprocket wheel (on the top of the sprocket so that the upper horizontal part of the track engages several teeth, but remains flat enough not to snag on the fender when the track is subsequently applied), so the track is easier to shape because the ends don't move.
