Second Battle of Villers-Bretonneux

Scale:
1:35

Completed

The Second Battle of Villers-Bretonneux was the scene of the first tank on tank engagement. There were a handful of tanks there, but the German A7V "Nixe" and a Mk IV Male were the main combatants. There were two Mk IV Females involved that withdrew because their machine guns did nothing against the A7V. I took extensive liberty with this diorama as while there were troops involved in the battle, the vehicles didn't get this close to each other and the troops didn't fight in close quarter around them.
